Always be kinder than you feel.
This excellent and timely piece of advice appeared in my Facebook newsfeed (courtesy of Steampunk Canada, via Catherinette Rings). The funny thing about it is that, if you do it, you will actually feel kinder, so it is an upward spiral kind of thing. I love it when things spiral upward, don’t you?
